Antonis brings over 12 years of real estate investment experience across residential and commercial markets. He previously led acquisitions at a mid-market private equity firm and holds degrees in Finance and Computer Science. He founded Prosperty after recognizing the analytical gap between institutional and independent real estate investors and set out to close it with AI.
James Okafor
Co-Founder & Head of Data Science
James has spent the last decade building predictive models for real estate and financial markets. Before Prosperty, he led the quantitative research team at a leading property analytics firm, developing automated valuation models for commercial lenders. He holds a PhD in Statistics from Carnegie Mellon and specializes in spatial econometrics and time-series forecasting applied to property markets.
Sofia Reyes
VP of Real Estate Partnerships
Sofia leads Prosperty's relationships with brokerages, property management firms, and institutional clients. She brings 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, having held senior roles at two top-10 national brokerages and a REIT focused on multifamily assets. Sofia ensures that Prosperty's products remain grounded in the practical needs of real estate professionals and bridges the gap between platform capabilities and market adoption.
