Prosperty was born from a simple observation: institutional real estate investors had access to sophisticated analytics tools that individual investors and smaller firms could never afford or operate. The information gap was creating systematic disadvantage for the majority of market participants.
Our founder, Antonis Markopoulos, spent years as a real estate investor experiencing this gap firsthand — spending hours manually aggregating data from multiple sources, relying on outdated valuation models, and making decisions based on incomplete market intelligence. He saw that AI and machine learning had advanced to the point where a radically better solution was possible.
In 2023, Antonis assembled a team of data scientists, real estate professionals, and engineers to build Prosperty — a platform that brings institutional-grade intelligence to any real estate professional, at a fraction of the traditional cost.

Prosperty focuses exclusively on residential and commercial property valuation, investment analytics, and market intelligence in US markets. We apply machine learning to transaction data, permit filings, demographic trends, and economic indicators to generate property-level and market-level insights that were previously available only to large institutional players.
We do not provide mortgage brokerage, property management, or real estate transaction services.
