Our founder, Antonis Markopoulos, spent years as a real estate investor experiencing this gap firsthand — spending hours manually aggregating data from multiple sources, relying on outdated valuation models, and making decisions based on incomplete market intelligence. He saw that AI and machine learning had advanced to the point where a radically better solution was possible.
In 2023, Antonis assembled a team of data scientists, real estate professionals, and engineers to build Prosperty — a platform that brings institutional-grade intelligence to any real estate professional, at a fraction of the traditional cost.
