How quickly can we get started?

Starter and Professional plans are self-serve — sign up and start analyzing properties immediately. Enterprise onboarding typically takes 5–10 business days.

Do you offer a free trial?

We offer a 14-day free trial for Starter and Professional plans. No credit card required. Contact us to extend your trial if you need more time.

What markets does Prosperty cover?

We currently cover 180+ US metro markets with property-level data for residential and commercial assets across all 50 states.

Can we integrate Prosperty with our existing tools?

Yes. Professional and Enterprise plans include full API access. We have integrations for common CRMs, property management software, and data warehouses.

How accurate are your AI valuations?

Our models achieve 94% accuracy within a 5% margin of actual sale price on held-out test data. Every valuation includes a confidence interval and comparable properties.

Is our portfolio data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant. Enterprise clients can request data processing agreements and custom security reviews.
